3. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your shipments
• Ensure all goods comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Properly package and label all shipments
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with our billing terms
• Obtain all necessary permits and documentation for international shipments

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from transportation through our services:

• Hazardous materials without proper certification
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Perishable goods without proper arrangements
• Items that violate international trade regulations
• Weapons and ammunition (unless properly licensed)

5. Liability and Insurance

Our liability is limited to the terms specified in our service agreements. We strongly recommend that customers obtain appropriate cargo insurance for their shipments. Zas by JMC's liability shall not exceed the declared value of the goods or the applicable legal limits, whichever is lower.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to hold shipments until payment is received.

7. Force Majeure

Zas by JMC shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
